Prenatal Session (60 mins)

This prenatal appointment is designed to help set you up for success as we go over informative and insightful breastfeeding education including but not limited to; pumping tips, registry help, how to achieve an efficient latch, bottle and pacifier do’s/don’ts, important “first latch” advice, and so much more. Let’s discuss how to best set yourself up to succeed in your breastfeeding journey! It is my desire that you leave these sessions feeling informed and confident as you prepare to breastfeed your nursling the way you desire, through to your own desired goals. Meeting for a prenatal also gets us in already established contact, so we can get straight to navigating the issues/questions that arise right after your birth more quickly.
Initial Session (90mins)

In this initial session together, we will explore your birth story and your breastfeeding journey thus far to gain helpful perspective as we navigate achieving your personal breastfeeding goals together. Whether you are experiencing difficulties and need problem-specific guidance or are looking for a listening ear to discuss your lactation journey, I am honored to walk alongside you the whole way through. These sessions automatically include phone/email check-ins from myself between appointments.

Expecting Mama Package
(1 Prenatal, 1 Initial, & 1 Follow Up Session Virtual or In-Person)

Expecting Mama looking for well rounded support at a discount? I’ve got you covered. This package will ensure that you are feeling as prepared and supported as possible from pregnancy through early postpartum, while saving a little in the process! Divided into three sessions; 1 Prenatal, 1 Initial Session, and 1 Follow Up session- we will talk all things breastfeeding, as well as collaborate together to develop a breastfeeding plan and navigate any problems that may arise in early postpartum! I truly believe nourishing baby first starts with nurturing the mother, and this package is meant to help set you up for success and thrive in your lactation journey!
Follow up Session (60mins)
$70
These sessions are designed for ongoing guidance in helping you achieve your own personal breastfeeding goals. Specified towards previously seen clients, whether we are following up from your initial session or you are popping in with new needs several months down the road, the same delicate care and guidance is waiting for you! Together we will discuss the mother-baby dyad dynamic, overall progress on your breastfeeding journey, and troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing that are getting in the way of your breastfeeding success. These sessions also include phone/email check-ins from myself between appointments.

Virtual Pump Pop-In or Flange Fitting Questions (30 mins)
$35
In this quick 30 minute session, we will dive right in to pumping questions you have and discuss how to assess whether the flanges you’re using are the correct fit. There are various ways to ensure proper, comfortable fit during the duration of your pumping experience and if you need just a quick pop-in for some specific questions you have, this is a great option!
